Syllabus We will attempt to cover the following chapters of the text, though not necessarily in this order.
Chapters: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, Appendix A
Grades Calculators will NOT be permitted during the midterm or final exam. You must bring your student ID with you to the midterm and final exam.
  1. Final Examination (60%)
  2. Assignments (15%): Due at the start of class on Fridays.
    NO LATE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE MARKED
  3. Midterm (25%): October 21, 2005. There will be no make-up test. If you have a valid written excuse, marks for the test will be redistributed.
